Personal profile(个人简介)

Xinfu Liu is currently a   full-time Professor in MAE. He now also serves as head of provincial   innovation team for efficient separation of Nature Gas Hydrate in Offshore   Engineering and outstanding young talents in colleges and universities in   Shandong Province. His main work is concentrated on fundamental research and   education in Mechanical   Engineering and Marine Engineering. He has published more than 40 papers included by SCI / EI in   peer-reviewed international journals. He owns 72 invention patents and 22   utility models by China, the European Union and Japan. As a principal   investigator, he has undertaken research projects funded by NSFC (Natural   Science Foundation of China), national science and technology special   projects, the Ministry of Education of China, Shandong Province Municipal   Science and Technology Commission, and some industrial partners. He has won   the 1st Prize of the Natural Science Award of Qingdao City, 1st Prize of Shandong   University Science and Technology, 1st Prize of China Federation of Commerce,   2nd Prize of China Ocean Engineering, 2nd Prize of China   Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Achievement. He has   successfully supervised nearly 20 research students, and they have won   different academic awards due to excellent performance in Ph.D./Master degree   studies.
